Janice A Minott
​
Janice Minott served as Program Director for the Bronx Westchester Area Health Education Center.
Her leadership and vision led to the creation of a citywide partnership initiative with New York City and all the AHEC Centers across the city.
As a result of this initiative, AHEC student participants will benefit greatly through enhanced support throughout their time in the program and beyond.
Prior to leading BW AHEC, Janice served as the Community Partnership and Engagement Manager for the federally funded Harlem Healthy Start Program, and Project Manager for the Best Babies Zone Project under Healthy Start.

Janice utilized her previous experience in government both on the state and city level to build partnerships and collaborations with various community stakeholders both inside and outside of government to address access to quality healthcare services and to empower communities.
​
In 2017, she received an award from Manhattan Borough President Gale Brewer for her leadership and work in healthcare, on behalf of the Harlem community.
Before joining the non-profit sector, Janice was the Director of Legislation and Budget for a former Deputy Speaker of the New York City Council.
In addition to her work on policy and budget issues at City Hall, she was also the key staff person who interfaced with hundreds of community-based
organizations in relation to the Council’s annual budget process.
She also worked for the New York State Assembly as a Legislative Associate, and Policy Analyst for the
Assembly Committee on Higher Education.

Janice’s career in the New York State Assembly started as an Intern, thus her passion and commitment to opportunities that will empower and
inspire young people to reach for the stars and achieve their goals.
As the saying goes “if you can see it, you can be it, you can achieve it.”
Janice holds a BS in Political Science from the
State University of New York at Albany
(SUNY Albany)
Additional training includes The Federal Healthy Start Cultivating Leaders Initiative,
Collective Impact, and Mental Health First Aid.
Errol Walters
Errol Walters has been serving the Harlem area as an accountant since 2002.
He has dedicated himself to assisting small businesses to improve their profitability, compliance and efficiency.
His expertise is in the areas of accounting, consulting and taxation. Some services offered are audits, tax preparation and planning. bookkeeping offer in compromise, tax agreement, payroll, incorporation consulting and others.

Mr. Walters has worked with a variety of businesses, both for profit and not - for profit. Some of these are restaurants, construction, hair salon, precious metal, carpet cleaning, marketing/advertising, real estate, auto repairs, refrigeration/heating, security, medical, legal, entertainment, transportation, insurance and others.
​
Errol Walters received an MBA from South Carolina State University, South Carolina.
He also holds a BS from Tuskegee University, and an A.Sc from the College of Agriculture, Jamaica, WI.
Mr. Walters was also awarded a Certificate in Accounting from The Cambridge Accounting Center, Long Island, NY.
