PROGRAMS

WE SUPPORT UNDERREPRESENTED STUDENTS

The SWRC administers the Access Opportunity Programs (AOP) for high school and college students.

The AOP for high schoolers is a free summer program that provides internship placements in healthcare settings.

Students worksites will include a hospital or community based health center or program for 6 weeks.

Students will gain knowledge and exposure to various health careers.

AOP college students will participate in workshops and an education forum that focus on exposure to knowledge and skills development needed to gain access, and secure high level career opportunities in the financial services and business arena.
